At Guardian, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Almost all orders placed before 11:59 AM EST are packed and shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note that orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage for our standard shipping method to ensure reliable delivery. If you prefer faster delivery, you can select premium shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery Times

- Premium Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the selected service and destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
Responsibility
Please note that Guardian is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged merchandise after it has been shipped. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it safely. We recommend contacting USPS or your selected premium shipping provider directly if you encounter any issues with your delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Guardian is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to offer this service in the future.
