1. Return Period

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date you receive your item(s).

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, anti-choking devices must have their original factory seals intact.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@guardiandevice.us. We will provide you with the return address and specific instructions on how to proceed. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 4. Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you promptly. If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@guardiandevice.us. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem for you free of charge and at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we offer exchanges only in the following circumstances: the item is defective; the item was damaged during shipping; or you received the wrong item (shipping error).

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or model, we recommend that you first return the original item and then place a new order for the item you desire. 7.
